جس کسی نے بھی کسی انسان کو قتل کیا، سوائے کسی جان کے بدلے یا زمین میں فساد پھیلانے کے، تو گویا اس نے تمام انسانوں کو قتل کر دیا۔ اور جس نے ایک جان بچائی، اس نے گویا تمام انسانوں کی جان بچا لی۔ [قرآن؛ 5:32]
